West Valley Lost and Found

The West Valley LAPD Detectives have recovered more than 3000 pieces lost/stolen jewelry and watches recovered from on-going investigation into the Knock-Knock Burglars.

The items recovered are part of a treasure trove taken in the Encino and Tarzana area burglaries in 2010. Police believe many of the recovered items were taken in burglaries across the Southland over the past several years.

Property owners are being asked to examine photos linked from the the West Valley Police Station home page.  You can find the photos (all 3335 of them) of the recovered items here.

If you believe an item pictured is yours, you are instructed to mail a completed affidavit, and supporting documents to:

LAPD West Valley Station – Burglary Unit
19020 Vanowen Street
Reseda, CA 91335

Because of the number of inquiries, the LAPD is asking that questions about the jewelry be directed to West Valley Burglary by email to: 27764@lapd.lacity.org or faxed to (818) 374-7733.
