Whole Kids Day

Years back I remember attending the annual Earth Day festival that was held at Woodley or Lake Balboa Park. Do you remember it?

There were many vendors, cool live music and local non-profit organizations such as Tree People. It was a really great way to get out with the family and kids and learn about the environment. Healthier eating, living and all that good stuff.  Not sure if they still host the activity.

We are nowhere near Earth Day, however Whole Foods is hosting a FREE fun-filled afternoon —  a great opportunity to teach your kids about healthier eating  and lifestyle habits.

Celebrate Whole Kids Day, tomorrow!
There will be herb planting, vendor samples, raffle prizes and a scavenger hunt.
