Join the California State University Northridge community for the next few weeks! Get some movement and improve your wellness through Mindfulness Mondays and Walkability Wednesdays.
Mindfulness Mondays: 45 minute sessions dedicated to meditation and tai chi. 12:30-1:15pm in Santa Susana Hall, Room 108. The next and last session for the year is November 23rd. Send a RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 818-677-7715.
Walkability Wednesday: This is for all levels. 20 minute walk + discussion, November 18th, 25th and December 2nd. Send a RSVP to email@example.com or call 818-677-7715. Participants need to fill out paperwork each semester before participating. Starting point is at the Institute (SN 115).
This is organized by The Institute for Community Health and Wellbeing. They hope to continue these programs each semester. Note: bring at least $4 if you plan to park in the campus lots.
